Such a bz bz day at work today...praying silently I can go for the talk tonite.... Its like once in a year event.
Happy that Im included in the new Maternity Benefits. I was one of them Mummies whose wrote to MCYS to get the government to start the benefits earlied than 2009. Alhamdullilah, 4 mths of paid maternity leave, 1K extra for the baby bonus... Allah (swt) is Merciful. It will come in handy.
Anyway, these cured my asthma and my terrible cough.. some colleagues recommended it to me. Just thought of sharing..might not work for all, but it did for me....
1 teaspoon of Manuka honey in warm water in the morning. ( note : warm, not HOT as Hot water kills the enzymes in the hone ) also Half a teaspoon of Manuka Honey with UMF 10+ at night. No more food or drink after that, just sleep... Alhamdullilah, cough has stopped.
A few leaves of Pepermint, boil till water is green and drink the water at night. *
Dont forget to Bismillah and Selawat before eating and drinking any of these.... Of cos, all cure comes from Allah (swt).

kak, I got it when they held a booth near my work place. But I do know that the shop Honeyworld sells Manuka Honey. Its at Marina SQ in front of JL. For cough, get the one with UMF+10 as it helps for cough. For kids above 2, give 1teaspoon a day for immunity.
The sales lady there can advise you more on it..alhamdullilah, after taking it for 1 day, my cough lessen so much and now dah baik.
