make time for Allah s.w.t. and He will make time for you two.......... , in addition to fardhu ain, find someone who is good at teaching tasawwuf.... and learn together on matter of the heart.... cos even if you learn hukums or the how to's on ibadah, you may still not know how to handle any sort of pressures unless you study tasawwuf and amalkannya..... for work, I doa that both of you find a good job so that you can concentrate better in seeking your path towards Allah s.w.t.

My wife ... she's working... but she set her priorities, majlis ilmu above school work... so almost everyday she follows me to majlis ilmu

get your wife to have the right mindset and your job will be easier.... but have to be based on ilmu.... furthermore you can't get spiritual motivation unless you attend majlis ilmu regularly.... cos its almost absent everywhere else...

my wife and I have pledge not to miss majlis ilm, in almost all cases insyaAllah... even if we have kids... we'll bring them there...
