The Spa...

Alhamdullilah, Last Saturday, me had the opportunity to have some "alone time" and had my first ever experience at an actual SPA. ( not really alone, Hubby was waiting for me at Masjid Sultan ).....

Had the best time there...somehow, I wished my mummy could be there with me.... you know what I mean lah. My Mum deserves such things more.....

Of cos, when I first entered the SPA, I tried be cool, but Im sure my face showed that I was a "spa virgin" cos I felt akward.... gosh, did'nt know how to react and what to do, but luckily, the staff at Wayan were really friendly and went throught the whole process with me, and made me feel very speacial.

I know Wayan is not paying me to advertise for them. Hur hur… but Im not selfish lah.
It was REALLY the most relaxing encounter ever! Service was good.

I dozed in and out of sleep when the masseus, 'Jasmine' press my body and cracked my bones. It really sounded loudly....I had the Rose Petal massage which by the way is not a Balinese massage. Then I had the scrub treatment using tiny bits of stones and rose oil, Hot stone facial which was relaxing and after the shower, had a body rub with Rose lotion.

At the end of it all, My whole body felt so light. Mana tak kan, so many knots of angin inside before that.

The piped in Balinese tunes and candle lit walkways only made it seem that I was already in Bali.

Before I left, I bought their "Ratu Jongrass" package which was on promotion at $98 (u.p $198).. looking forward to a Balinese Massage, Lulur , tummy wrap and scalp treatment. Hai...cant wait for March to come ! But have to be really tired first to reap the best results.

Definitely an idulgence and not something I should be going too often.

Later that night, the 3 of us, together with Abu Mukhtaar and family went to the syarahan at Masjid Darul Aman where 4 of my favourite Ustaz joined forces to syarah on Hijrah. Gosh, the whole masjid was so pack.

Too bad, Little Habib just could not behave himself, fighting with Mukhtaar over everything. They both are very possesive over their own's belongings and if anyone of them take each other toy, or water botttle or bag.... the other will fight back for his belongings....

I managed to hear just abit of what the Ustaz were saying. Ok maybe just 1%. The other 99% of the time, I was entertaining Little Habib and the rest of the kids in a side room next to the main hall that we managed to find for the kids.

One thing I noticed, eventhough we sat behind at first, many makchiks didnt like it when Little Habib and little Mukhtaar made noise. Well, I cant blame them, they came there to listen to the ustazs, not to the 2 boys kan...

It just make me feel abit discourage from being Little Habib to such events in future. But Im sure, I'll bring him along again for future forums. Its has to be a family affair... : )

Both the boys are learning the meaning of "fight" and simply refuse to share each other's things. Penat Ummi and Ummu Mukhtaar kena layankan kerena budak-budak ni.

Entertaining the kids at the empty room.

Salaams Pretty Hid,

hmm....I'll discuss with ya offline...
spa can be a v personal experience and you'd have to be comfortable with yr body to allow another lady to see it too...
