Sunday Morning aerobics....

Even after her 2nd baby, my cousin 'id' still maintains her slim figure. I dont know if its her genes or if she is discipline in her daily intakes of carbs but Ive decided to try out her idea of sweating it out.

This morning, I was "forced" by my hubby to attend my maiden aerobics class. Yeah, me and aerobics... hmm dosnt seems like a good match now, but hey, before I had little Habib, me and mummyfuzzy used to do lottsa of jogging and sometimes cycling okay...

Actually, I had sms-ed my cousin that I'll see her at 8am, but then when I woke up this morning, suddenly, my chest didnt feel good and I kindda nearly chicken out. But hubby found out and persuaded me to give aerobics a try since he said that I need some "me" time away from him, the baby and housework.

So off I went, and oh boy , did I have fun ! The instructor Dee whose has appeared on SURIA a few times was really inspirational cos her body was so toned and her butt was so perky that it was really fun following her pump-ed up steps and stretch routine. The music played while we did steps and dance brought back so much memories of NaFaSha days where the 3 of us love dancing.... Oh bloggy, Im so different now. I even lost the groove to dance , cos I felt so 'kekok' doing the dance steps just now. Cousin Id was behind me... oou hope u didnt notice me being so 'clumsy' lah...

Anyway, Im still wondering if I can continue this cos soon my sunday kuliah will reopen and that starts at 10.30am. Aerobics ends at 9am so that means I still have time to eat breakfast and wash up first. The only thing is hubby cant join me cos this is an all-girls class so maybe If I want to spend time with him or rather get him to do some exercise, Id have to join him in the gym.
I'll see how it goes over time lah as he's right, I need some "me" time.

After aerobics, I went to Ikea with hubby and little habib to get a room lamp and in the end, I spend more than what I needed to cos so many things there are really nice to have eventhough its not necessary ! Oh my spending habits are getting from bad to worse. In 5 days after pay day, Ive already bought some make up, 2 dresses, 1 arbaya ( for the haul ), 2 baby gifts for my friends who are preggy but not due yet, 1 room lamp, little habib's pillows and many other things that I really dont need. Gulped !! guess its time to be frugal till the next pay day ... which seems so far away...

Looking forward to deepavali next week. yay ! PH ....
At least a day off but I'll be working next Saturday lah. The much awaited results of the interview will be let known, insya'allah. Hubby is still half hearted to take this job, cos it will be something new for him but he is confident of the career growth in that company. I told him if thats the case, then solat Istigkhara.
For me, I just want to give him my support, but actually deep down, Im worried as this job requires travelling (50%) of the year, around 1 week each month, can be ad hoc, and he has to take choppers to reach oil rigged in the middle of the sea and what if there's bad weather ??.... entahlah, I'll leave it up to Allah (swt) to plan whats best for us. For starters, I need to brush up on my driving skills so that I can drive the car if hubby's out of town. If he gets this job, I have to stop being so clingy too and start being more independent.... i / hate / changes lah....

hi darling.. so glad you enjoyed it.. and thanks for the compliments tapi im not that slim tau.. still have my tummy! and no you wont clumsy..i pun buka tau joget sangat hehe tapi fun kan cos not so intimidating since most of them are all makcik-makcik unlike amore where you feel so self conscious and afraid to make mistakes cos all the girls there seem so perfect in their steps.. anyway.. if you cant make it for the sun classes can always go for the sats ones..but of course at times i pun skip and just work out with hubbie :) maybe one of these days, all 4 of us can go gym together aye? ;) would be fun.. then can be clumsy and slenge together trying the equipments cos i feel so stupid at times not knowing how to use the stuffs there.. niwei see you tonite babe ;)

Salaams,

Its exactly 1 hr (8-9am), gym wear attire eg track pants and long sleeve tee shirts, alot of makchik2 pakai tudung also attend.. but its quite vigourous, even I cant catch up, but its good cos it teaches you how to tone the body,
Your son can sit at the back, there r benches at the back, and you can do yr aerobics at the back line so you can be close to him..

1 hr = $6.

Let me know if you want to try it out ! : )
